Make India Clean

I have seen many initiatives and advertisement towards clean India like:

  • Do not urine outside. Use restrooms.
  • Do not litter. Treat city, roads as home and don't throw trash outside.
I agree all these points. But, we are missing basic problems which makes people to act like that. Off- course, we need to educate people about this but first need to implement basic things such as:
  • Build restrooms (public/private) as much as possible in every places. If people have sufficient restrooms then they will start using it.

  • Use Salt:- Using a  salt on your toothbrush while brushing your teeth will help in whitening them. You can also Mix salt with baking soda and gently rub it on your teeth.
  • Olive Oil:- Use a cotton swab or clean cloths in putting oils. Leave it for about 3 min. before rinsing it off & brushing with toothpaste.

  1. Brush at least twice a day for two minute.
  2. Avoid too many sugary sweets.
  3. Brush your tongue.
