You may have heard that men's underwear tight adversely affect the
quality of sperm cells. This theory states, tight underwear makes the
man's testicles become too close to the body so that the temperature is
warm. In fact, the temperature of the heat can disrupt sperm production.
However, according to a recent study from the National Institute of
Health, the effect of the clothes in the testes did not affect the
ability of sperm to fertilize the egg. The study analyzes 35 aspects of
quality of sperm from 500 men who are following the course of pregnancy
with her partner. Some aspects of sperm quality turns out better in
men who use loose underwear models such as the boxer, but some are
actually worse.
The difference is actually not too significant. Moreover, the choice of
underwear model considered to have no effect on how long a man can make
his partner pregnant. "Wear underwear that makes you feel comfortable.
If you want a child soon, an important step is to have a normal weight,
healthy diet, and regular exercise, "said Dr.Michael Eisenberg,
assistant professor of urology. Consult your doctor fertility specialist
if you and your partner are regular intercourse for 12 months but have
not produced a pregnancy.
